At the age of nine, Jordi proposed his parents to sign a contract containing his domestic obligations, in return for a weekly pay. This early vocation led him to study Law and Business.
In 2015, after more than 15 years of intense professional experience in leading Spanish law firms such as Uría Menéndez and Deloitte Legal, where he was partner and Board member, Jordi considered that launching a boutique law firm could be both an exciting venture and a great way to offer legal advice to non-conformist clients, by attracting at the same time the best young talent to an environment rich in human values.
Jordi also combines law practice with committed academic experience. Since 2007, Jordi has taught M&A, corporate law and contracts in the LL.M programs of some of the most reputable universities in Spain, including ESADE Business & Law School, Pompeu Fabra University and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
In 2013, Jordi was recognized with the 40Under40 award granted by the prestigious Iberian Legal Group, and he takes special pride in having been annually selected by his peers to be included within “Best Lawyers” in the Corporate-M&A section since 2015.
